1) Saturday changeover with arrival from 5 p.m .on the first day and departure no later than 10 a.m. on the last day. Your advice on expected arrival time would be appreciated.

2) Prices include gas, water, & electricity, but do not include central heating. That is charged, if needed, at £10 per day.

3) Prices include bed & kitchen linen, but not personal or pool towels, but can be supplied for a small fee if travelling light

4) 30% deposit payable on booking, balance in full at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

5) Prices are based on the agreement that no more than the original number of persons
confirmed with the booking may occupy the property, without prior consent. Off peak, any agreed additional occupants will be charged pro-rata.

6) A security deposit of £250 is payable with the balance installment. This will be repaid within two weeks, subject to any retention to cover repair/renewal costs of any damage.

7) Should you be obliged to cancel, the full rental will remain payable, though every effort will be made to relet the property. If this occurs a refund of amounts paid, less any costs/expenses of reletting, will be made.

8) For your own protection we ask that you take out comprehensive holiday travel and cancellation insurance. For our part we carry Public Liability Insurance for any accidents due to our negligence.

9) The property will be clean and tidy upon your arrival and we ask that you leave it in the same state on your departure.

I0) For the sake of people who may be allergic , we regret we cannot accept animals.

N.B. FRENCH LAW & PRACTICE requires that parents have sole responsibility for their children, in addition children under 14 years are not legally allowed to be unaccompanied by a swimming pool.
